Urgently Needed Home Repair Applications Available

Rutherford Housing Partnership is still accepting applications for urgently needed home repairs that affect health and safety.

You may qualify if anyone in your household meets one or more of the following:

• Age 62 or older

• Disabled individual

• Veteran

• Single-parent household with at least one child in residence

• Household size larger than 5

• Lead hazards in the home with children under age 6

(Home must be owner occupied)

Eligible Repairs May Include:

• Structural of safety-related repairs

• Accessibility modifications

• Health-related home hazards

(All repairs are subject to eligibility, funding availability, and program guidelines.)

Rutherford Housing Partnership has been awarded Urgent Repair Program 26 (URP26) funding from the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA). Applications are now open, and qualifying homeowners will be served on a first-come, first-served basis. Click the link to apply online now!
