Rutherford Housing Partnership (RHP), in partnership with Gateway Wellness Foundation, is proud to offer home repair assistance to eligible McDowell County homeowners through the Urgent Repair Program (URP 26–27), funded by the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA).

This program provides critical home repairs to eligible low-income homeowners, addressing health and safety concerns, improving accessibility, and helping residents remain safely and independently in their homes.

Through this partnership, RHP and Gateway Wellness Foundation are committed to preserving existing housing and improving the quality of life for McDowell County residents.
