  • RHP currently manages 10 rental units, 9 of which are tenant-occupied, one that is under remodel.

  • Yes. We are currently building a new unit on Church Street in Spindale in partnership with Isothermal Community College’s Building Construction Technology program and the Stonecutter Foundation.

  • Yes. RHP maintains a waiting list for individuals interested in future rental opportunities. Being placed on the list does not guarantee housing but ensures you will be contacted when units become available.

    • HUD Home grant-funded properties: Tenants must meet HUD income limits.

    • Other RHP properties: Rental eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
